Standards
Content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor is prohibited without exception, and so is any attempt to solicit or groom one. There is no warning and no appeal window for it: the content is removed and the account is permanently ejected.
How to report it
Use the report control on the content itself inside the app — it is the fastest route, and it arrives attached to the item. If you cannot reach the app, email the address above and say what you saw and where.
What happens next
Every report is read by a person within 24 hours. Content that breaches this standard is removed and its author's account is ejected, and where the material appears to be criminal it is reported to the competent authority in the relevant jurisdiction. The decision is recorded with a written statement of reasons.
