Deleting your data — Blockyard for Minecraft
You can delete everything held for you from inside the app, without writing to anyone.
How to delete it
Open Settings in Blockyard for Minecraft and choose Delete my account. You are asked to confirm, and the deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no reactivation window.
What is deleted
Your account and every record attached to it, including any credit balance and the record of which subscriptions you hold. This cannot be undone, and a deleted balance is not refundable — a purchase belongs to the account that made it.
What is not deleted
Content you published stays visible, with your authorship removed so it cannot be traced back to you. That is deliberate: other people's collections and reports reference it, and removing it would silently rewrite what they are looking at. If you want something you posted taken down as well, delete it before deleting your account, or write to support@mobileapp-factory.com and say which items.
Purchases
A subscription is held by the App Store or Google Play, not by us, so deleting your account here does not cancel it. Cancel it in the store's own subscription settings, or it keeps renewing.
If you cannot reach the app
Write to support@mobileapp-factory.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. If you have no email on your account, say which device and roughly when you first used the app, and you will be told what can be identified.
