Where you bought decides who refunds you.

Bought on the website

Subscriptions bought at blockyard-app.com are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. You can have one refunded in full, for any reason, within 14 days of the purchase or of a renewal. Ask through the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, at paddle.net, or by writing to support@mobileapp-factory.com; the refund goes back to the payment method you used, normally within 5 to 10 working days.

After 14 days a payment is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time from your account page on the website and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal; nothing more is charged.

Bought in the app

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by that store under its own rules, not by us — request one from Apple or Google directly.
