Terms of use — Blockyard for Minecraft

By using Blockyard for Minecraft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be old enough to use Blockyard for Minecraft in the place where you live. Where the app asks for your age, answering it untruthfully is a breach of these terms.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Blockyard for Minecraft permission to store and display it inside the app so other people can see it. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

Zero tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour towards other users. Content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or that endangers a minor is prohibited without exception. Accounts that post it are removed without warning and without refund.

Reporting and blocking

Every piece of content can be reported, and every author can be blocked. Reports are reviewed by a person within 24 hours. Content found to breach these terms is removed and the decision is recorded with a written statement of reasons, which the author can contest at the contact address below.

Advertising

The app shows advertising. You are asked separately whether advertising may be personalised, and you can change that answer at any time. Declining is not a reason for the app to work differently.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms as well as these. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. A purchase that grants a balance of credits grants those credits to the account that bought them and to no other.

Ending your use

You can delete your account and everything held with it from inside the app at any time. Content you have already published stays visible with its author removed, so that it cannot be traced back to you.
